Find your own clarity.
Your habits, your contradictions, what you cherish and what you want to change. We listen before we draw, helping you put words to what feels right, even when you cannot yet picture it.
Purple Bees / Spatial design strategy
Before the space,
there is you.
Our work begins before architecture or interior design, with the person who will inhabit the space. We listen to you first: your rhythms, your needs, your uncertainties, your ambitions. Together, we find the human direction that will guide the design.
A different way to think about spaceThe way we see it
We believe a space should hold something of who you are, while inviting you to discover what comes next. Familiar enough to feel your own. Open enough to encourage change.
The human comes first
When you are unsure of what you need, each choice can pull in a different direction. We begin by untangling those needs together, so your space takes shape around a clearer sense of you.
Your habits, your contradictions, what you cherish and what you want to change. We listen before we draw, helping you put words to what feels right, even when you cannot yet picture it.
We turn what we learn into a clear direction for the architectural or interior design work that follows: what the space needs to support, how it should feel, and what must remain possible as your life changes.
Life moves. Your space should leave room to move with it. We consider how it can adapt over time, welcome new habits and invite you to explore possibilities beyond the familiar.

The person behind Purple Bees
My practice: spatial design strategy.
I believe a space has no life without the people who inhabit it. That is why my work begins with listening, before the conversation turns to walls, finishes or furniture.
Because knowing what you want from a space starts with understanding what you need from your life. When that is unclear, even beautiful choices can pull in conflicting directions.
My role is to help you make sense of those needs and give them a direction that architecture and interior design can build on. A space rooted in who you are, able to evolve with you, and open to who you might become.
Let’s start with your storyA conversation, before a concept
You do not need to know exactly what you want. Tell us about the life you live, what feels out of place, and what you hope might come next. That is where we start.
